A porcelain tile factory has opened in the Issyk-Ata district

A porcelain tile factory, Asyl-Tash LLC, has opened in the Issyk-Ata district. Previously, the company imported finished products, but now it is moving to its own production line. First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiyev spoke about the project.

According to him, under an investment agreement signed with the state, the enterprise has been granted tax preferences for a period of five years. In addition, the Ministry of Finance issued a guarantee to the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, which made it possible to attract loan financing.

The total investment in the first phase is $60 million. Of this, $40 million has already been invested: $15 million from the company's own funds and $25 million from the fund, backed by state guarantees.

The project received support from the Financing Council, as the products are export-oriented and have priority status. The company was also granted customs privileges, including exemption from import duties on equipment.

“This is a clear example of how the private sector can implement large projects in partnership with the state,” said Daniyar Amangeldiyev. He also emphasized that Kyrgyzstan's tax and tariff policy creates favorable conditions for investors.
