07/28/2026, 12:19The Issyk-Kul District State Administration has announced a tender for the lease of three state-owned plots of land.
The plots put up for tender are intended for industrial and tourism projects. The total lease term for all lots is 49 years.
The first plot, covering an area of 1 hectare, is situated in the village of Kosh-Köl Toru-Aigyr in the Tamchyn aiyl aimak. The land is intended for the design and construction of a plant for the production of concrete and the extraction of sand and gravel mix. The annual rent has been set at 960,000 KGS.
The second plot, covering an area of 0.4 hectares, is situated on the eastern side of the village of Bosteri, which belongs to the town of Cholpon-Ata. It is planned to be used for the construction of a plant for the production of metal and concrete structures. The annual rent is 384,000 KGS.
The third plot, covering an area of 0.064008 hectares, is situated on the southern side of the ‘Borbor’ leisure area in Bosteri. The land is intended for the construction of a tourist facility. The annual rent has been set at 835,600 KGS.
The tender will take place on 9 September 2026 at 14:00 in the building of the Issyk-Kul District State Administration in Cholpon-Ata.
To take part in the tender, applicants must submit the required documents by 8 September, including a security deposit of 10 per cent of the rent, a preliminary layout plan for the facility and a tender proposal.
