In the Kadamzhai district, 200 people illegally obtained land plots

A criminal case has been opened in Kadamzhai on the grounds of illegal distribution of land plots.

The Kadamzhai District Prosecutor's Office of the Batken Region has opened a criminal case against officials of the Iskhak-Polotkhansky Ayil Okmotu on the grounds of abuse of office.
A prosecutor's investigation found that the responsible persons of the aiyl okmotu grossly violated the requirements of the Land Code and the government decree «On the procedure for granting land plots for individual housing construction».

In particular, in violation of the order of priority, more than 200 citizens who already owned real estate were illegally allocated land plots for construction.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the relevant investigative actions are being carried out.
