In the Kadamzhai district, 200 hectares of land will be converted into garden plots

In the village of Alga, Kadamzhai District, work has begun on the installation of a drip irrigation system to convert 200 hectares of land into orchards. The project is being implemented by the Kadamzhai District Water Management Department.

To date, all the necessary pipes and equipment for the irrigation system have been delivered to the warehouse. In addition, two vertical wells (SVD) are planned to be drilled to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the site, and construction work is actively continuing.

The first well has already been drilled to a depth of 140 metres, and casing pipes have been installed. Work has begun on drilling the second well, and the necessary equipment has been delivered to the construction site.

This project will make an important contribution to the rational use of water resources in the Kadamzhai district, the effective development of agricultural land and increased crop yields. The drip irrigation system will ensure economical water consumption and improve moisture conditions for agricultural crops.
