Violations identified during the construction of a sports hall in the Kadamjay District

In the Kadamjay District of the Batken Region, violations of building regulations and technical safety requirements were identified during the construction of a sports hall. The contractor, ‘Brand Dom’, was fined 200,000 soms.

According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, an unscheduled inspection was carried out by the Batken Regional Directorate of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.

The site is located within the Maidan aiyl aimak of the Kadamjay district.

During the inspection, it was established that the construction site had not been fenced off with a temporary fence in accordance with safety requirements. Furthermore, the requirements for the acceptance of each stage of construction had not been fully complied with.

Following the inspection, a report was drawn up against the company ‘Brand Dom’, a written order was issued to rectify the breaches, and a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed.
