11/28/2025, 10:03Construction of a public cultural centre continues in the Kara-Kuljin district of the Osh region. Funding is provided by the country's Stabilisation Fund, with 150 million KGS.
Construction work began in the summer of this year. Currently, interior finishing work, facade decoration and landscaping of the surrounding area are underway. The total area of the site is 3,986.97 square metres.
According to the project, the three-storey building with a basement will house a cinema, a gym, service organisations, bank branches, a conference hall and other premises. A car park is also planned.
The project aims to improve the infrastructure of the district and strengthen cooperation between the state and citizens.
