Kyrgyzneftegaz has a new chairman of the board

By decision of the Board of Directors of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, Samsaly Chetimbaev has been elected chairman of the company's board. His candidacy was proposed by the company's main shareholder, the State Agency for State Property Management, and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC is a strategic facility in the country's fuel and energy complex and one of the largest taxpayers. The company plays a key role in ensuring the energy security of the southern region of Kyrgyzstan by producing and processing oil and gas.

The new head was introduced to the company's staff by Bekzat Abdikharov, Deputy Director of the State Agency for State Property Management. During the presentation, it was noted that the new management faces ambitious tasks in developing the company's production capacity.

Among the priorities are the modernisation of production facilities, increasing hydrocarbon production volumes, improving processing efficiency, and introducing modern digital technologies into the production and financial process management system.
