Kyrgyzneftegaz has undergone personnel changes within its management board. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the disclosed information, the powers of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Sanjarbek Bolotov have been terminated. He has been replaced by Burkanbek Temirbaev, who has been appointed as the company’s new Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

The board of directors made the decisions regarding these personnel changes in two stages—on April 30 and May 12, 2026.

Information regarding the shareholdings of both the former and new top executives in the company’s authorized capital has not been disclosed.
