There are 5- 6 dollar billionaires and some 200 millionaires in Kyrgyzstan. President Sadyr Zhaparov told the Kabar agency about it.

However, many of them keep their money offshore.

"That is why we adopted a law on legalisation. However, they have not fully brought their money into the country so far. Some have brought part of it and invested it in the construction sector. I would tell them not to be afraid and bring money to the KR and participate in projects,’ he said.
