10/13/2026, 17:21The Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new procedure for analysing and verifying the standard tax returns of state and municipal civil servants, as well as certain private individuals.
Resolution No. 687 was signed by the Prime Minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on 12 October 2026. This was reported in the newspaper ‘Erkin Too’.
The document also sets out the procedure for providing information on individuals who hold or have previously held state and municipal posts. The previous resolution on this matter, dated December 2022, has been repealed.
The new rules will come into force 15 days after their official publication.
