Kyrgyzstan to Cap Fares on Bishkek–Osh and Bishkek–Manas Flights

Starting May 1, 2026, Kyrgyzstan will introduce regulated price caps on flights along popular domestic routes—Bishkek–Osh and Bishkek–Manas (Jalal-Abad Airport).

Under the new terms, airlines operating flights on these routes will be required to keep ticket prices within the following ranges:

  • Bishkek–Osh — from 3,800 to 5,900 KGS;
  • Bishkek–Manas — from 3,500 to 5,500 KGS.

It is noted that prices will not exceed the established upper limits.

Meanwhile, the state-owned carrier Asman Airlines offers more affordable fares:

  • Bishkek–Osh — from 3,800 to 5,500 KGS (the upper limit is nearly 7% cheaper);
  • Bishkek–Manas — from 3,500 to 4,100 KGS (25.5% cheaper).

Tickets without additional surcharges are available directly through the airline’s mobile app.

The introduction of price corridors is aimed at stabilizing the cost of domestic air travel and increasing the affordability of flights for the public.
