Kyrgyzkomur has increased its authorised capital by 1.2 billion KGS

Kyrgyzkomur OJSC has increased its authorised capital by 1.2 billion KGS. According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the company has issued 12,669,700 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 KGS each.

Previously, in July 2025, the company’s authorised capital was set at 10.757 billion KGS following the conversion of the state-owned enterprise into a public limited company. At that time, 100% of the shares were allocated to the state. The Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan remains the company’s sole shareholder.

It should be noted that Rustambek Sadyraliev has been appointed as the new head of the company.
