Kyrgyzstan has created its own artificial intelligence ecosystem in the Kyrgyz language

Kyrgyzstan has completed the creation of its own artificial intelligence technology ecosystem. The AIRUN project team has presented the first digital AI avatar in the Kyrgyz language with live animation and synchronised speech.

According to the High-Tech Park, this event puts the country among those capable of developing and supporting key AI technologies without external dependence.

The new AI avatar is the third element of the AIRUN stack, which already includes a large language model and a multilingual voice assistant. Users can create a video by uploading a photo and entering or recording text in Kyrgyz. The system automatically adjusts facial expressions and lip movements to create realistic video content. The free version allows you to create videos up to 20 seconds long.

The platform works directly in a browser — on a phone or computer, without additional equipment. AIRUN notes that the creation of its own technological core is a step towards ensuring that the Kyrgyz language is fully represented and developed in the digital environment. The new development is the final element that has given Kyrgyzstan a fully-fledged national AI ecosystem.
