A federation for “Alaman ulak” has been established in Kyrgyzstan. What is its purpose?

The Federation for the national game “Alaman Ulak” has been officially registered in Kyrgyzstan. The organization was created to regulate competitions and improve the safety of participants and spectators.

The need for reform stems from frequent conflicts between teams due to the lack of uniform rules, which in some cases have led to serious injuries and fatalities. On the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, a working group was formed to develop and approve new rules and regulations for the game.

Key measures include establishing clear rules for the conduct of “Alaman Ulak,” introducing mandatory requirements for organizers and participants, tightening sanctions for violations, and strengthening measures to ensure public order.

Cholponbay Ismailov was elected president of the Federation, and a seconded employee of the State Committee for National Security was appointed as advisor to the president.
The creation of the Federation and the introduction of regulations are intended to preserve and develop this national sport, while ensuring safety and fairness in the organization of competitions.
