03/09/2026, 12:06The state agency AgroSmart, in collaboration with the Department of Agricultural Crops and Horticulture, has announced the launch of the Dotation automated information system.
The new digital product was developed by the ministry's technical operator, AgroSmart, as part of the implementation of the policy of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and improving the efficiency of state support for agricultural producers.
The introduction of the AIS “Subsidy” will ensure the complete digitalization and automation of the processes of submitting, reviewing, and recording applications for state subsidies. The system will also be used to monitor the movement of seeds and control their intended use, which will increase the efficiency of the distribution of state support and minimize the risks of misuse of resources.
The system's functionality provides for the electronic submission of applications by agricultural producers, automated document verification, transparent review of applications by authorized bodies, and the creation of a unified database of subsidies issued. This will significantly reduce application processing times, lower the administrative burden, and simplify interaction between farmers and government agencies.
Process automation will ensure complete transparency of all procedures, increase the level of control, and enable the rapid tracking of seed material at all stages, from distribution to actual use.
The launch of the AIS “Subsidy” is an important step in the development of the digital ecosystem of the agro-industrial complex and is aimed at forming a modern, transparent, and effective system for managing state support for agriculture.
In the near future, the system will be implemented in stages and will become available to agricultural producers through electronic government services.
