07/16/2025, 10:40From 21 July 2025, it will become easier for businesses to work with government agencies. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has launched a new digital system for submitting applications for explanatory letters for participants in foreign economic activity (FEA).
Now everything can be done online through the ‘Single Window’ system.
Thus, applications are submitted and responses are received entirely in electronic format. The status of an application can be tracked online in real time. All documents will have legal force thanks to electronic signatures.
In addition, applications are automatically forwarded to the appropriate government agencies, and the entire history of requests is stored in the system.
This will reduce the processing time for applications and eliminate errors due to the ‘human factor.’
As a result, businesses will be able to get the answers they need faster and easier, and there will be no need to go from office to office with paperwork. That means less bureaucracy and more convenience.
From 21 July, the new service will be available through the personal account of the Single Window system (ISE) or in Bishkek at the Business Service Centre at 381 Zhibek Zholu Avenue, on the second floor of the Eldorado shopping centre, and in Osh at 75 Absamat Masaliev Avenue.
