Bishkek City Hall Replaces Heads of Two Transportation Companies

New heads have been appointed for the municipal companies “Bishkek City Transport” and “BishkekasfaltService” in Bishkek. At the same time, the duties of the director of the Department of Transportation have been temporarily assigned to his deputy, Abdyzhaparkul Zhanbolotov.

Artur Omurzakov has been appointed director of “Bishkek City Transport,” while Talantbek Kaparov has taken the helm at “BishkekasfaltService.” Kaparov previously served as director of the former company.

City Hall has also instructed officials to consider further personnel decisions regarding Kaparov in accordance with labor law requirements.
