07/06/2025, 10:02In January-March 2025, the economy of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) showed moderate growth - GDP increased by 2% compared to the same period last year. Such data is given by the EEC.
Total production of goods and services of the Union countries reached almost $600 bln. Production of goods grew by 2%, and services - by 2.5%.
Particular attention is drawn to the economic growth of Kyrgyzstan - here for the first three months of 2025 GDP increased by 13.1%. This is the highest indicator among all EAEU countries and several times higher than the average growth in the union. For comparison, Kazakhstan added 5.6%, Armenia - 5.2%, Belarus - 3.1%, and Russia's economy grew by only 1.4%.
