Naryn plans to introduce the My City mobile app and establish online connections with public transport and public services.

The city of Naryn plans to introduce the My City mobile app, which is already in use in Bishkek.

With this app, citizens' requests will be received by a special automated system, distributed according to competence, forwarded to the appropriate specialists, and after the work is completed, users will be able to receive an online report.

The digital app will also show public bus routes on a map, creating modern and convenient conditions for city residents.

Currently, specialists from the Bishkek City Digital Technology Administration have arrived in Naryn at the invitation of Mayor Zhaynak Nemat uulu to launch the application and share their experience.

The mayor has instructed that a special map showing bus routes be launched and that the necessary GPS trackers be purchased in the near future.

After the purchase and installation of the special equipment, it is planned to launch the finished system and create convenient conditions for residents.
