The powers of the chairman of the board, A.V. Zhumaeva, have been terminated. She does not hold any shares in the company's authorised capital.
T.K. Amanov has been appointed as the acting chairman of the board. He also does not hold any shares in the issuer's authorised capital.
The decisions were made by the sole shareholder, Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic A.S. Zhamangulov. The relevant documents were formalised by decisions No. 1 dated 4 February 2026 and No. 2 dated 6 February 2026.
No other circumstances leading to personnel changes have been indicated.
