Optima Bank has a new first deputy chairman of the board

Optima Bank OJSC has announced changes in the composition of its executive body. Information about this has been posted on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.

According to official information, Adal Izmukhanov, who held the position of first deputy chairman of the bank, has left the board. His powers were terminated early on January 30, 2026, on the basis of a personal statement on the termination of the employment contract by mutual agreement in accordance with Article 41 of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Garyp Ismatov has been appointed to replace him as first deputy chairman of the board.

The decision on personnel changes was made by the bank's board of directors and formalized in a protocol dated January 30, 2026.
