02/25/2026, 11:25Work has begun in Osh to demolish the old buildings of two secondary schools. The demolition is being carried out in stages under the supervision of the relevant services, in compliance with all safety requirements.
The school buildings have been in use for many years and are now in a state of disrepair. In this regard, a decision has been made to demolish the old buildings and construct new schools that meet modern requirements in their place, with the aim of creating a safe and comfortable educational environment for students.
The municipality of Osh noted that, on the instructions of Sadyr Zhaparov, 10 new schools are planned to be built in the city in 2026 at the expense of the republican budget. These include the two schools, which will be completely rebuilt and equipped in accordance with all the requirements of modern educational institutions.
