Construction of a modern community center has begun in Osh

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Saidiev Street. The event was attended by Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akayev, who placed a time capsule in the building’s foundation.

The project is being funded by the national budget. The contractor is Export Plus LLC.

According to city authorities, construction work is proceeding according to the approved schedule.

The new House of Culture will become an important social and cultural center for residents of the Toloikan Aiyl Aimag, providing a comfortable venue for concerts, events, meetings, and creative projects.
