09/07/2026, 12:28The Osh City Office of the State Department for Architectural and Construction Control carried out an inspection of the construction of five blocks of a 12-storey residential building at 38 Artykova Street.
During the inspection, experts identified breaches of building standards, technical regulations and safety rules.
Following the results of the inspection, a report was drawn up against the construction company ‘Rigel’ and a fine of 200,000 KGS was imposed.
In addition, the company was issued with an order to rectify the identified breaches within a specified timeframe and was required to carry out construction work in accordance with the established requirements.
The department noted that it will continue to monitor compliance with legislation and safety requirements at construction sites.
