Two new executives have been appointed to ABank's board of directors

The Board of Directors of the state-owned “ABank” has appointed two new members to the Management Board. Both decisions were made on August 18. This information was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

Ernest Imankulov has assumed the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Kanybek uulu Bayastan has been appointed Managing Director—a member of ABank’s Management Board.

A few days earlier, on August 14, the bank announced the appointment of Chingiz Mendekeev as Chairman of the Management Board.

As stated in the bank’s announcement, in his role as Chairman, Mendekeev will focus on ABank’s digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, developing technological infrastructure, and strengthening risk management and information security systems.
