The powers of Ulan Borombayev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and member of the bank’s Management Board, have been terminated.
The published statement does not contain any information regarding the appointment of a new Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Nor has any information been disclosed regarding the reasons for the personnel changes or the decision by the authorised body on the basis of which the senior manager’s powers were terminated. Ulan Borombayev’s shareholding in the bank’s authorised capital has not been specified.
