06/18/2025, 18:03To date, as part of an infrastructure project financed from the republican budget under the heading «Capital investments», work has begun on the modernisation of drinking water supply systems in the villages of Buura, Zhalgyz-Kain, Oruktu and Oruktu-Sai in the Osh region.
Construction and installation work began in May 2025. Currently, 6,000 metres of polyethylene water pipes have been laid in the village of Oruku-Sai.
Work is also continuing on connecting the reservoir to the power supply.
The implementation of the project will significantly improve access to clean and safe drinking water for residents of settlements and make a significant contribution to improving sanitary and hygienic conditions in rural areas.
