Changes have taken place in the board of directors of the State Development Bank of Kyrgyzstan

There have been personnel changes in the board of directors of OJSC “State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

According to the issuer's disclosure, Ainura Osmonova has been elected as a member of the bank's board of directors.

The decision on her appointment was made by the bank's sole shareholder on March 3, 2026. Osmonova began performing her duties as a member of the board of directors on February 26.

Ainura Osmonova has more than 29 years of experience in the banking sector and civil service. Over the years, she has worked as a specialist at JSCB Kyrgyzstan and held senior positions at EcoIslamicBank, where she was a member of the board and deputy chair of the board and branch manager.

In 2017, Osmonova was elected a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the VI convocation.
