01/30/2026, 15:23Keremet Bank has announced changes to its board of directors. Information about this has been posted on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.
In particular, according to a decision by the board of directors adopted on January 23, the powers of board member Anna Kolesnikova have been terminated. This is due to her resignation at her own request.
We would like to add that earlier the bank announced the election of a new chairman of the board of directors, Bolot Azykov, as well as the appointment of Zhenishbek Muratbekov, who previously worked in structures combating economic crimes and in the banking sector, to the board.
