12/07/2024, 09:13Ruslan Davydov, Minister for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, held a working meeting with Samat Isabekov, Chairman of the State Service.
The plenary discussion focused on important issues, among which was the implementation of the instructions of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, aimed at unifying approaches to the control of customs value.
In addition, the implementation of the agreement on the use of navigation seals, customs procedures of customs transit and issues of information exchange, as well as the creation and implementation of common processes in the customs sphere were discussed in detail.
During the meeting, the new information system “Smart Bazhi” was presented, the introduction of which will provide an integrated approach to customs operations and control. In the future, it will significantly reduce the time of customs clearance at checkpoints.
Davydov noted the high level of digitalization of the Kyrgyz Customs Service and stressed the importance of sharing experience between the EAEU countries to form a common law enforcement practice that meets the best international standards.
