06/30/2026, 17:01In Talas, citizens whose business projects had been approved were presented with certificates entitling them to 150,000 KGS as part of the social contract programme. The ceremony was attended by the city’s deputy mayor, Aibek Kochorbayev.
According to the city council, 68 quotas were allocated to Talas for 2026. In the first quarter, business projects from 37 families were approved, and in the second quarter, a further 31 families. Thus, the programme’s implementation plan has been fulfilled in full.
The social contract programme aims to support low-income families, develop entrepreneurship and create additional sources of income for citizens.
