The project is financed from the republican budget, with approximately 100 million KGS allocated, of which 74.2 million will be spent on modern park equipment. The work is scheduled to be completed by 31 August 2025.
The Prime Minister noted that in 2025, Talas received significant support from the state budget for the first time, with the President allocating KGS 1 billion for infrastructure, road repairs and airport renovation.
The head of the Cabinet expressed hope that the capsule would be opened by future generations in 100 years in a prosperous Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, Kasymaliyev familiarised himself with the reconstruction of the central square of Talas, the progress of the construction of a pedestrian alley, and the repair of roads and pavements — 28.5 km of roads and 54 km of pavements are under construction. He also visited Talas Airport, whose new terminal will be able to handle up to 100 passengers per hour.
