In the Tyupsky district, more than 2,000 hectares of land have been returned to state ownership

In the Tyupsky aiyl aimak, the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) identified a significant number of land shares that were not properly registered but were actually involved in agricultural production without official registration and payment of taxes to the budget by persons who did not have the relevant documents and were affiliated with local government officials.

This circumstance caused discontent among the population every year at the beginning of spring field work and had a negative impact on the socio-political situation, as well as violating the principles of equality and rational and efficient use of land resources, reducing the overall level of agricultural production.

Thus, as part of the measures taken, the illegal use of 2,319 hectares of land shares was established, of which 1,876.47 hectares were irrigated arable land and 442.69 hectares were bogara, non-irrigated land in an irrigated agriculture zone, where crops are grown without artificial irrigation, relying on natural precipitation.

As a result, the land plots were registered with the Cadastre Department of the Tyup District and transferred to the balance sheet of the Tyup Ailyn Aimak.

Currently, operational and investigative activities are being carried out, including a legal assessment of the actions of officials who committed violations, as well as the identification of other similar cases of illegal activity.
