In Uzgen, kindergarten staff are suspected of creating fictitious employment records to embezzle salaries

During an investigation conducted by the Uzgen District Prosecutor’s Office in Osh Region, it was established that officials at one of the district’s preschool educational institutions used the passport details of citizen K.B. to fraudulently register him as an employee, made social security contributions in his name, and embezzled the accrued wages.

As a result of these actions, the payment of the state allowance “Uy-bulogo komok,” which had been granted to citizen K.B. for his four minor children as a person in need, was terminated.

Based on these facts, the Uzgen District Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a criminal case under Article 210 of the Criminal Code. Investigative proceedings are currently underway.
