01/28/2026, 15:59During an inspection conducted by the Zhayyl District Prosecutor's Office, it was established that in 2004, a social facility (motor depot) located on Tsentralnaya Street in Kara-Balta, together with a land plot, was transferred to private ownership in violation of the requirements of the law.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the social facility with a total area of 1.4 hectares and a market value of 105.9 million KGS has been fully returned to state ownership.
