A new electricity distribution centre has been built in Ak-Ordo

The power supply system in Kyrgyzstan continues to be upgraded. New facilities are being built and old ones repaired across the country to ensure that people always have reliable electricity. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

As part of this work, in 2024, a new distribution point was completed in the Ak-Ordo residential area of Bishkek.

The Ministry of Energy said that Ak-Ordo is growing rapidly, with new houses and buildings appearing that require a lot of electricity. This new substation will help provide these areas with stable lighting and relieve the old networks, improving the quality of electricity for all residents.
