In the Zhumgal district, a plot of land measuring 1.8 hectares has been returned to the state

As part of investigative and operational measures, the State Committee for National Security returned to the state a 1.8-hectare plot of land belonging to the former Chemical Agricultural Enterprise of the State Agrochemical Association of the Zhugdal District of the Naryn Region.

During the Soviet era, the Khimiya enterprise was engaged in the production of chemical fertilisers for agricultural needs in the Zhugalsy district.

It has been established that after the collapse of the USSR, ‘Chemistry’ was transformed into JSC “Zhyldyz”, whose director was elected by the shareholders, a native of the village of Chaek, Zhymgal District, ‘I.I.’.

On the basis of the certificate of ownership of state property No. 77 dated 25 March 1996, the property of the enterprise was transferred to the balance sheet of the aforementioned joint-stock company.

In January 2006, JSC Zhyldyz was transformed into LLC Zhyldyz-Service, and after a certain period of time, the property of this enterprise was sold off by the management of LLC, represented by ‘I.I.,’ under the pretext of bankruptcy, and the territory was left in a state of neglect.

The returned land plot of Zhyldyz-Service LLC was transferred to the balance sheet of the Chaeksky Ayyl Aimag of the Zhumgalsky District.
