09/15/2026, 11:15The Cabinet of Ministers has repealed Resolution No. 594 of 19 September 2025, which approved the project ‘Preferential Lending for the Development of Pre-school Education – 2’.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the decision to repeal the resolution on 14 September 2026. Resolution No. 612 was signed by the Prime Minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Previously, the authorities had repeatedly highlighted the shortage of places in nurseries and the need to develop pre-school infrastructure. To address this issue, the state supported the construction and opening of new pre-school facilities, as well as the expansion and refurbishment of existing ones.
The preferential lending scheme was aimed at developing the network of nurseries. The programme provided for state support for the construction, reconstruction and repair of premises, as well as the modernisation of the material and technical resources of pre-school institutions.
The Cabinet of Ministers did not specify the reasons for revoking the resolution.
Resolution No. 612 will come into force seven days after its official publication.
