03/25/2025, 10:56The decree on de-bureaucratisation of the civil service adopted by the President has already yielded the first results: government agencies that were previously inactive have started to review their internal processes. This was stated by the participants of the press briefing on debureaucratisation of the civil service system of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to Justice Minister Ayaz Baetov, 45 decisions, including 30 new draft regulations, will be presented at a special commission meeting led by the head of the Cabinet on 26 March. They cover the issues of staff mobility, optimising reporting and increasing the responsibility of state bodies.
It is also planned to simplify the procedures for registration and liquidation of legal entities, revise the requirements for the judicial system and eliminate duplicate functions of various agencies.
