07/03/2025, 12:46JSC “Guarantee Fund” has formally registered intellectual property rights for its in-house developed software—SBUG (Guarantee Issuance and Accounting System) and the accompanying EDS (Electronic Document Management System).
The Kyrgyzpatent Certificate No. 1013 was issued on June 16, 2025, confirming the organization's ownership rights. The software solutions were developed and implemented by the Fund’s IT Department's software development team using in-house resources. This marks a significant step toward the digital transformation of the Fund’s operations and the enhancement of process efficiency.
The SBUG system automates and accelerates guarantee issuance and accounting processes, improves overall security, and substantially reduces human error, enabling control at all stages—from application submission to obligation fulfillment.
The EDS ensures secure, efficient internal document flows, reduces processing time, and enhances oversight and transparency. These software products have been integrated into the Fund’s ongoing operations since December of the previous year.
