Wildberries launches rebranding of order pickup points in Kyrgyzstan

The new official brand book for renovating Wildberries order pickup points has been prepared and will soon be available to all marketplace partners.

The company has completely revised its approach to space design to make the customer experience more convenient, modern, and visually consistent across all pickup points. The update will serve as the basis for the further development of the entire network of pickup points.

The brand book is already available for partners to review. It includes updated recommendations for the design of the entrance area, navigation, space organization, furniture, and overall visual concept. These changes reflect the company's new approach to infrastructure development and partner support. The new requirements will only be mandatory for pickup points that open after February 1, 2026. This step is necessary so that partners can plan the design of their premises in advance and adjust their business processes. Future plans include the gradual rebranding of absolutely all pickup points that are already operating in all countries where the marketplace is present.

One of the key aspects of the update was a reimagined design concept. The company's specialists sought to move away from the traditional visual language of the market, which is often overloaded, and create a more calm, comfortable, and modern environment.

"We wanted people to immediately feel order, ease, and confidence when they entered a pickup point. We used light, clean colors, thoughtful lighting, and logical movement between zones. Every element, from the counter to the fitting rooms, was placed here for a reason. Our task was not just to update the interior, but to create a harmonious space that would provide a comfortable environment for both the customer and the manager. This is a new quality of service expressed in design," emphasized RWB Design Director Baham Yagmediev.

The first pilot pickup points, designed according to the new brand book, are already welcoming customers. Their launch was an important test phase to see how the new concept works in real-world conditions. According to one of the company's partners who opened one of these points, everyone noticed the updates.

"It is important for us that the pickup points in Kyrgyzstan comply with Wildberries' uniform standards and are convenient for customers and partners throughout the country. We are consistently developing the pickup point infrastructure in all regions," said Alexander Vorobyov, Wildberries' country director in Kyrgyzstan.

Wildberries plans to continue gathering feedback from partners and customers in Kyrgyzstan to improve the final version of the brand book and take into account the real needs of all network participants.
