In six months, gross agricultural output amounted to 117 billion 636 million soms

Deputy Prime Minister Bakyt Torobaev stated at today's briefing that the results of the first half of 2025 were positive.

In particular, he noted that according to the results of the first six months of this year, gross agricultural production amounted to 117 billion 636 million soms.

This is 14 billion 20 million soms more than in the same period of 2024, with a growth rate of 103.8%.

The production of the processing industry reached 48 billion 401 million soms, which is 9 billion 186 million soms more than in the same period of 2024. The physical volume index (growth rate) was 144%.

The population of the republic was provided with six basic foodstuffs: milk, meat, potatoes, vegetables, sugar and eggs. Most importantly, as Minister Bakyt Torobaev noted, there were no emergencies in the country's domestic agri-food market, and the situation remained stable.
