12/25/2025, 11:33The State Committee for National Security reported the arrest of the CEO of MBE Group as part of a criminal investigation into the raider seizure of commercial property in Bishkek.
According to the SCNS, the agency received a collective statement from participants in the shared construction of a multi-story residential building located in the 3rd microdistrict of the capital. The shareholders of Alliance Kurulush Plus LLC requested that measures be taken against the owner of MBE Group and its affiliates, who, according to them, prevented the completion of the building and illegally seized commercial premises in the facility.
During the investigation, it was established that in 2016, a joint venture agreement was concluded between citizen “M.B.E.” and Alliance Kurulush Plus LLC for the construction of a residential building with social and cultural facilities in the 3rd microdistrict of Bishkek. However, in 2018, against the backdrop of emerging disagreements, “M.B.E.,” as noted by the GKNB, with the involvement of members of the organized criminal group of the late K. Asanbek, took possession of commercial premises in the building under construction under threat of physical violence and subsequently re-registered it to a close relative.
In addition, after the construction of the building was effectively completed at the expense of the shareholders, M.B.E., without investing its own financial and other resources, illegally demanded the transfer of individual residential premises to affiliated persons. According to the investigation, he also used his influence to block the completion of construction, thereby violating the rights of other participants in the shared construction project.
On December 23, based on the materials collected in the criminal case, the general director of MBE Group LLC, Sh.B.G., was detained and placed in the temporary detention center of the State Committee for National Security. The founder of MBE has been declared wanted.
