06/23/2025, 12:50The Committee on Agricultural Policy, Water Resources, Ecology, and Regional Development today, June 23, approved an important bill in its third reading. This law aims to preserve the cleanliness and environmental safety of the Issyk-Kul recreation area.
Deputy Viner Raimbachaeva, who participated in the preparation of the law, said that now owners and tenants of beach areas and other recreational facilities are required to regularly conduct deep cleaning of the territory using special equipment.
If this rule is violated repeatedly within a year, individuals will face a fine of 32,500 KGS (50 calculation units × 650 KGS), and legal entities will face a fine of 65,000 KGS (100 calculation units × 650 KGS).
