Land plot and house in Nookat returned to state ownership

A plot of land with an area of 308.12 square metres, located at 3a Lenin Street in the town of Nookat, together with a two-storey building, has been voluntarily transferred to state ownership.

The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, as part of its work to return state-owned facilities and land to the state balance sheet, despite the fact that the district centre of Eski-Nookat Ayyl Okmotu (now the city of Nookat) was allocated 1.2 hectares of land for the construction of a 600-seat club, 0.25 hectares of this land were illegally transferred to private ownership.

As part of the ongoing work, Turdubai uulu Akylbek (brother of former member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Sulimanov Altynbek Turdubaevich) voluntarily transferred to the state a land plot of 308.12 square metres located at 3a Lenin Street, together with a two-storey building.

Currently, appropriate measures are being taken in the Nookat district to return land plots that were illegally transferred to private ownership.
