A total of 380 people were brought to justice and fined KGS 4.5 million. In addition, claims for KGS 35 million were filed for damage to land.
Particular attention is paid to the targeted use of land plots. Along the Northern Bypass Road, about 27 hectares of agricultural land have been identified that are not being used for their intended purpose. The owner receives a written order with a 30-day deadline to eliminate violations and restore the land.
If the order is not complied with, the land becomes the property of the state, and the materials are transferred to the court and other authorities for further action.
These measures are aimed at the effective use of land and water resources, preventing violations of the law, and ensuring the country's food security.
