A meeting on the results of 2025 was held at the state institution ‘Kyzmat’ under the administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of management and heads of public service centres from across the country. The main focus was on service quality, digitalisation and the development of the public service system.
According to the electronic queue, 3.9 million public services were provided to citizens during the year, of which about 500,000 were online. This confirms the steady growth of citizens' interest in digital solutions. The busiest was the Public Service Centre in the Leninsky district of Bishkek, which once again highlighted the problem of visitor concentration in the capital.
Kyzmat's management noted positive changes, including faster service, optimisation of internal processes, and expansion of the list of electronic services. These steps have already reduced the workload on staff and improved convenience for citizens.
The key focus for 2026 will be the further development of online services. Through the portal and mobile application, it is planned to launch passport exchange, marriage and divorce applications, registration of residence certificates and other popular services. It is expected that this will reduce the number of visits to public service centres and make the provision of public services as remote as possible.
