Four service centres in Bishkek to be merged into one large centre

At the end of 2025, the Kyzmatt State Agency announced the construction of the largest service centre in Bishkek and the application of disciplinary measures to the heads of regional divisions. The decisions were announced at a final meeting in the capital.

At the year-end meeting, the management of the Kyzmate State Agency identified key problems in the work of the Public Service Centres and ways to solve them. The focus is on the overload of the capital's Public Service Centres and strengthening control over discipline at the local level.

One of the main projects will be the merger of four large Public Service Centres in Bishkek into a single technology centre. The new building is being constructed in the western part of the capital, in the Orok district. The implementation of the project in 2026 will create a modern, technologically advanced service space. The centre will operate on a ‘single window’ principle, will be able to accommodate up to 5,000 people per day and will provide comfortable conditions for both visitors and employees.
