78,400 square metres of new housing will be available in Kyrgyzstan in 2026

In January 2026, 78,400 square metres of detached houses were commissioned in Kyrgyzstan, which is 2.8% more than in January last year. Bishkek remains the leader in terms of construction rates, with 33,800 square metres of housing commissioned, 54.9% more than a year earlier.

By region, construction was most active in the Chui region — 14,400 square metres (an increase of 18.2%). The lowest figures were recorded in Talas (3,400 square metres, a 49.1% increase on the previous year) and Naryn regions (1,500 square metres, a 90.2% increase).

Furthermore, the country’s services market showed steady growth. In January 2026, economic entities provided services worth 215.2 billion KGS, which is 17.5% higher than in January 2025. An increase in the volume of services was observed among both legal entities and individuals.
