Airports of Kyrgyzstan to increase authorized capital by 11.5 billion KGS

Kyrgyzstan Airports OJSC has decided to increase the number of outstanding shares by issuing additional ordinary shares. The decision was approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on October 31.

According to the decision, the company will conduct the 7th issue of ordinary shares in the amount of 27 million 65 thousand 652 shares. The nominal value of one share will be 424.07 KGS. The shares will be sold in the form of a private placement among existing shareholders registered as of October 31, 2025.

The placement start date will be determined on the day following the state registration of the issue with the authorized state body. The term of the additional issue will be 30 days from the start date.

Shareholders will have the right to purchase shares of the new issue in proportion to the shares they already own. Payment may be made in cash, securities, property, or property rights.

Freedom Broker will handle the placement of shares. The company has already successfully completed a private placement of ordinary shares in OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan.

On October 2, the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the results of the sixth issue of 9.6 million ordinary registered shares worth 4.09 billion KGS.
